Your professional administrators and staff have direct access to our technicians when support is needed. RIMS has a built-in, easy to access widget that allows users to submit a request for troubleshooting. Once received, our technicians will promptly respond to the query with the solution. Our technical support is free and included in your plan. At RIMS, we stand behind our solution.
Our association has an already established, preferred method of payment prescribed to our membership – will we need to switch to another method should we implement RIMS?
With RIMS, your association can use whatever method(s) of payment you prefer to process. That means, whatever method of payment you accept now, if you want to keep using that method after implementing RIMS, you will be empowered to do so. Our solution is completely customizable so it can be made to function exactly as you want it to – whether it be regarding transactions or any other facet of your association’s workflow.
If we want to have our website, which is connected to our existing syste, revamped and restructured, can RIMS provide that service along with rolling out the member management system?
Yes! RIMS can create a seamless transition portal between the site we develop and our RIMS solution – making an ideal user experience that is smooth and straight-forward.
How long will the transition process take and will we lose any of our data in the system transfer?
The length of time it takes to transition your data from your existing data to RIMS will usually take 4-8 weeks depend on the breadth and depth of the information and the scope of the implementation project as a whole. You should have no concerns regarding the loss of data when transitioning from one association management system to another.
Our association has a few processes that are quite unique and are most likely specific to our workflow – is RIMS able to be customized to accommodate these unique processes? Or, will we need to adapt our workflow to implement RIMS?
